| 摘 要： | 推普工作中重语音轻词汇和语法的倾向是制约地方普通话向规范普通话靠拢的因素之一。同时,重书面语轻口语、重城市轻农村的倾向也是制约推普工作的因素。国家应该采取相应措施以加强推普工作的成效。
