从“小康”到“和谐”:社会发展观的飞跃

“小康”是我们党在改革开放之初确立的社会主义现代化建设的奋斗目标,这一目标指引我们创造了20余年经济持续高速发展的奇迹,但同时也使我们付出了生态、环境和社会方面的代价;“和谐”是我们党在改革开放处在攻坚阶段时提出的新的社会发展目标,是在对“小康”扬弃的基础上,围绕社会发展问题,对发展目标、发展模式和发展道路的系统总结和概括,充分体现了我们党执政思想和发展理念的升华与成熟,也标志着我国的社会发展观在党的领导下完成了一次新的飞跃。

From "Well-off" to "Harmony": the Transformation of Society Developmental View

“Well off”is the socialist modernization goal put up by our party in the first stage of reform and open-up. This goal has led us create a miracle in keeping the high speed of economic development for over 20 years. However,it cost us a lot in ecology, envi ronment and some other social aspects at the same time.“Harmony”is the new society development goal proposed by our party in the storm fortification's period of the reform and open-up. It is based on discard of “well off”around the development. It’s the systematic sum-up about the developmental goal, model and path. It shows the sublimate and mature of our party in wielding power idea and de velopment thoughts. In addition, it reveals that our society development has completed a new transformation under the leadership of the party.
