| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the institution of the new mechanism to eliminate corruption and on the establishment of a more efficient democratic supervisory system.It also discusses the system reformation of the selection of cadres and the proliferation of the people's rights in the process of selecting cadres so as to institute a dynamic supervisory mechanism and to carry out the cardinal administration of corruption. |
