| 摘 要： | 现阶段随着经济的发展和改革的深入,延边地区就业矛盾问题比较突出。准确把握延边地区劳动就业问题的主要矛盾,采取与之相应的行之有效的就业措施,就要实施"就业优先"发展战略,继续推进劳动就业制度改革;拓宽就业渠道,增加就业岗位;提高劳动者整体素质,创建鼓励全民创业机制,以加快延边地区经济发展的步伐。

| Abstract: | It has been admitted that the present rate of employment does not coordinate to the level of economic development in Yanbian area.The step of economic development in Yanbian would be quickened only depending on correct understanding of the contradiction between them,carrying out the strategy of"employment first", putting forward the reform of employment system,increasing the labour demands,and promoting the overall qualities of labour force. |
