| 摘 要： | 教师人格作为一种特殊的教育力量对学生的发展产生重要的影响。通过调查研究的方式探讨教师人格的基本特征及其对学生的影响程度,结果发现教师人格与学生人格发展的相关程度并不高,教师人格的影响力量有所减弱,针对该问题分析其原因并提出加强教师教育,塑造教师健全人格的建议。

Relativity Research on the Influence of Teachers' Personality on Students' Development |

| Abstract: | Teachers' personality, as an special educational power, plays an important role in students' development. This article inquires into the fundamental characters of teachers' personality and its influence.The result shows the relation of teachers' personality and students' development isn't quite close. The influence of teachers' personality is decreasing.We try to find out the reason and afford suggestions on teachers education. |
