| 摘 要： | 商业行业发展到一定程度,形成流通产业,流通产业是商品流通的组织载体。通过数量分析得出,我国流通业已经是基础性产业。重点探讨了现代流通体系。提出纵向流通体系由商品流通组织体系、商品渠道体系、商品市场体系、宏观调控体系、流通法律体系和流通管理体系6大体系构成,横向流通体系包括农产品流通体系、日用工业品的流通体系、生产资料流通体系、商业服务业体系、商务服务体系、再生资源流通体系、信息服务体系7大体系。同时也涉及对"十二五"流通体系发展战略的思考与建议。
