| Abstract: | At the present post-cold-war period, the world politics was in transition from bi-polarization to multi-polarization. The United States' attempts to erect the uni-pole political structure were damped by various constraints from both the international community and the country itself. Nothing whatsoever can prevent the present trend of multi-polarization. America's hegemonism is doomed to be a failure in the international community. |
