| 摘 要： | 民主政治是市场经济发展的本质需要和社会主义的根本属性 ,它具有提高经济效益、实现人的基本权利和保障政治稳定等方面的巨大社会功能 ,因而内在地构成了当代中国社会现代化的核心内容与关键条件。在当代条件下推进中国民主政治建设的基本方略是 :加强民主法制建设和贯彻依法治国方针 ;改革政治体制、合理配置权力资源 ;塑造现代民主主体和建设现代民主文化 ;不断为民主政治建设创造良好的环境条件

| Abstract: | Democratic politics is required essentially for the development of market economy and the basic nature of socialism.Because it has great social functions,such as raising economic benefits,realizing basic human rights and maintaining political stability,it has become the central contents and key conditions of contemporary China social modernization.The basic strategies of promoting the construction of modern Chinese democratic politics are to strengthen the construction of democratic legal system and to implement ruling governments,to reform political system and to deploy power resources reasonably,to shape modern democracy and democratic culture,and to create unceasingly fine environments of the construction of democratic politics. |
