| 摘 要： | 加快山区发展,振兴山区经济,是湖南省基本实现社会主义现代化的迫切需要;是贯彻落实邓小平同志关于先富带后富、最终实现共同富裕思想和实践“三个代表”、全面建设小康社会重要思想的具体体现。湖南山区经济发展的途径有:推进农业产业化进程、加快调整农业生产和农村经济结构、加快小城镇建设。

| Abstract: | It is urgent to speed up the development of the mountainous area and promote the mountainous area economy so as to fulfil Hunan's basic realization of socialist modernization.It is also an implementation of Deng Xiaopng's idea of mutual help and mutual well-off,a practice of "Three Remresents",and a reflection of an overall construction of a well-off society.There are some ways of developing the mountain ous adjustment of agricultural production and turaleconomic structure,and acceleration of small-city constrauction. |
