| 摘 要： | 通过SUPER-SBM DEA模型,在分析物流服务业生产活动内在特点基础上,评价2008年我国地区间物流服务业生产效率得分,进而对DEA有效区域进行超效率比较及相关松弛变量分析,探讨我国物流服务业生产效率的提升障碍与相应优化对策。分析认为物流服务业生产效率国内地区平均水平较低;具有明显的区域特征;各地区存在较大的投入冗余;资源浪费与产出不足并存。应从区域协调发展、资源投入与利用及产出控制角度分别采取可行的优化对策。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the analysis of the innate properties of productive activities of logistics service industry,evaluates the score of productivity of logistics service industry in various regions in 2008,with a comparison of super-efficiency and an analysis of the related slack variables towards DEA efficient region and then explores the promotion obstacles and related optimal strategies of productivity in logistics service industry.It is revealed that the domestic average efficiency in logistics service industry is comparatively low and much characterized by local and regional distribution.Large input redundancy exists in various regions and a waste of resources and shortage of production coexist.Therefore,feasible optimal strategies should be adopted from the perspective of coordinated development of regions,resource investment and utility,as well as output control. |
