民国初期北京社会教育述论

民国初期,在政府主导下,北京社会教育逐渐兴起。政府的主要举措有:明确社会教育性质及提出实施社会教育规划,成立管理通俗教育的相关机构,明确通俗教育的教育经费,采取措施保障通俗教育顺利进行等。当时,北京社会教育活动的开展主要是通过学校式社教机构和社会式社教机构来完成的。学校式社教机构包括公众补习学校、露天学校、贫儿半日学校和注音字母传习所;社会式社教机构主要有通俗教育讲演所、阅报处、图书馆和公园。这些社会教育机构开展的各种社教活动在一定程度上提高了北京普通市民的智识水平,改变了北京市民的生活方式,丰富了北京市民的生活。

The Social Education in Beijing during the Early Years of Republic of China

During the early years of the Republic of China,social education in Beijing was led by the government and grew up gradually.The main measures that the government published to clear the nature of the social education and come up with a plan for it.Meanwhile,the government not only established the management of popular education institutions but also take measures to guarantee the smooth of popular education.At that time,Beijing social education activities were conducted by social education institution like school and social education institution in society.The social education institutions like schools included public tutorial schools,open-air schools,half-day pauper schools and phonetic alphabet institutes.Social education institutions in society included places of popular lectures,places of reading newspapers,libraries and parks.These social education activities promoted the intellectual of Beijing people,changed their life-style and enriched their life.
