| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化、世界网络化的环境下,区域科技管理创新的主题之一是竞争与合作的统一这一理念在实践中的运用。在建设创新型国家和创新型区域的知识经济大背景下,必须高度重视经济、科技在竞争态势下加强合作的意义和途径。加强区域间的合作,在合作中不断提高自身竞争力,在合作中竞争,在竞争中发展,寻求多赢,才有可能实现赶超和跨越。

| Abstract: | Under the situation of economic globalization and the popularity of Internet,one of the themes on the regional technology management is the theoretical application of unity of competition and cooperation.In the background of building the new nation and creating region information economy,it must be highlighted that competition and cooperation is of great importance in the building of economy and technology.We should exert competition in cooperation and cooperation in competition to seek mutual win and make transcend progress. |
