我国出版集团的组建模式分析

我国出版集团是政府主导型组建的集团,集团组建的方式主要有三类:一是以省级出版社为主体,通过行政力牵引组建;二是以一个出版社为主体,在主管部门的系统内组建;三是在国务院的部委系统内组建。政府主导型组建具有资产重组难度低,可在较短时间完成集团组建,较快实现资产聚合与出版规模的扩张等特点,但同时也产生了新一轮的出版资源区域化分割、集团结构同质、集约水平低、规模经济效益不高以及集团性质界定不当等问题。在比较了聚合式组建方式与裂变式组建方式之后,提出了应当探索多种组建集团的方式,走好出版产业集约化发展之路。

Analysis of Publishing Group Organization Models of China

Our country's publishing groups are governmental leading models,including provincial administrative type,the type of solo publishing house in a publishing house and the type of in the system of Ministries and Commissions Directly under the State Council.Governmental leading type's recombination of assets is not difficulty to set up,which can be finished in a short time,but there still are questions.Through comparing the three forms of publishing types,an effective method is put forward.
