| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育大众化进程的加快,高等学校在校生人数的剧增与有限的教育资源的矛盾日显突出.高等教育大众化不能以降低高等教育的质量为代价,高等学校应确立新时期的教育质量观,进一步深化教育教学改革,提高教育教学质量.

| Abstract: | As the popularization of higher education speeds up in China, the increasingly larger enrollment in tertiary institutions with limited education resources becomes an urgent problem. The popularization of higher education should not proceed at the cost of quality. New perspectives of quality must be developed, and education reform must be carried to further depth in order to improve education quality. |
