| 摘 要： | 转基因生物产业化给人类社会带来福祉的同时,也给我们赖以生存的生态环境造成了不确定的环境风险。目前学界围绕转基因生物环境安全监管法律问题,在监管理论基础、国外监管法制实践和国内对策研究方面取得了一定的研究进展,但相当一部分研究还停留在政策解读和经验总结层面。作为一个重大的理论和实践课题,转基因生物环境安全问题迫切需要基础理论研究、法律制度供给和制度运行环境各系统间的沟通和互动来加以深化和落实。
