转型经济研究中的制度分析范式比较

从比较的视角出发我们可以看到,转型国家在向市场经济过渡的过程中所形成的多样化的制度安排,促使对转型经济的研究越来越倾向于用产权与制度变迁分析代替所有制分析。本文认为,与产权与制度变迁分析不同,所有制分析由于注重交易关系背后的生产关系,注重社会演进过程中所形成的人与人之间经济利益的矛盾冲突,因而更具科学性。但混合经济的出现对所有制分析范式提出了挑战,因而对所有制范式的研究也应当不断深化,本文最后对所有制分析的发展方向进行了初步探讨。

A Comparison of System Analysis Models in the Study of Economy in Transition

As seen from a comparative perspective, diversified systems formed in the transition of the state to market economy bring about studies of economy in transition with a tendency to replace the analysis of system of ownership with that of property and system transition. The paper argues that, different from the latter, the former is more scientific due to its emphasis on both the relations of production behind those of trade and the conflicts in economic interests among people. However, mixed economy challenges the analysis model of system of ownership, so the study of the model is required to go deeper. Finally the paper discusses the orientation of the analysis of ownership system.
