股份合作制及其制度设计

股份合作制度是继我国农民首创家庭联产承包责任制之后由我国城镇工人创设的一种新型的经济制度。它不同于职工参股的股份制，也不同于西方早期的合作工厂制，是社会主义市场经济发展到一定阶段的产物，是企业制度从社会主义初级阶段向较高级阶段发展的过渡形式。它的这种独特的规定性需要正确的制度设计来体现和保证。

Labor-Capital Collective Form and its Institution Design

Labor-capital collective form is a new form of economic system created by Chinese workers.It is different from the joint-stock form and the collective-factory form where the employees of the company have some shares of its stocks. It is a natural produt of the development of Chinese socialistic market economy, and it is a form developing from primary stage of socialism to advanced stage of socialism. But its characteristics need to be embodied in and ensured by proper design of its institution.
