| 摘 要： | 本文对深圳股票市场的性质、作用进行了再认识,指出股市是商品经济发展的产物,又是促进商品经济发展的工具和手段;分析了目前深圳股市运作过程中的矛盾性,认为深圳股市在一定时期内将不同于国际化市场而具有自身特色。本文还探讨了深圳股市目前有待解决的几个问题,并预测了一定时期内股市价格的趋势。

| Abstract: | A re-study made by this paper for the nature and function of the stook marketof shenzhen leads to the recognition that the stock market is a product of the deve-lopment of the commodity economy in Shenzhen as well as an instrument ane meansfor promoting the said development.After an analysis over the contradictoryphenomena in the current operation of the stock market the author comes to theconclusion that Shenzhen stock market will remain different from the internationali-zed stock markets and keep its own unique characteristics,Discussion is also madeabout some problems to be solved in the stock market and a forecast is done towardsthe price trend in the near future. |
