| Abstract: | Due to the key links of restruting the building up of the staff of talented persons in colleges,this paper gives an insight into the not issues in the reformation and the strategy of attracting talented persons,stresses that the economic factor is the basic gvarantee in the building up of the staff of talented persons,and it poses the all- aspect supportive network reforming measures in attracting talented persons in colleges. |
