| 摘 要： | “忠实”是翻译的基本原则，但忠实不是死搬硬套地照字照句地翻译，而是要把原文中的信息最大限度地在译文中体现出来。文章通过对英汉句法差异的对比，引出在保证信息等值的前提下需要掌握的几种技巧，从而使文章更加通顺，更好地达到忠实。

| Abstract: | Faithfulness is the basic principle of translation. Yet, faithfulness does not mean a kind of word - by - word translation. It is on purpose to reflect the meaning of the source language to the largest extent. The paper explores some skills used in translation on the premise of information equivalence which may make the sentences of the purpose language more smooth and faithful through the comparison of syntax differences in seven aspects between Chinese and English. |
