探析高等农业院校在社会主义新农村建设中的作用与途径

按照十六届五中全会的战略部署,党和国家明确提出“十一五”期间要大力推进社会主义新农村建设。建设社会主义新农村是重大而长期的历史任务,也是加强“三农”工作的重大战略举措,因此,应该发挥各方面的积极性,引导社会力量共同参与。从人才培养培训、科技创新、成果转化以及创新服务途径等方面,对高等农业院校在社会主义新农村建设中的作用与途径进行了探析。

On the Role and Channels of Higher Educational Institutes in Building Socialist New Countryside

As was clearly stipulated in the strategic plan proposed by the fifth plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee,promoting the construction of socialist new countryside is one of the most important tasks in the eleventh five-year.This long-range historical task is also a strategic step in dealing with the issues of agriculture,countryside and farmers.To accomplish the task,all social forces are expected to be actively involved.Agricultural colleges and universities have been playing a significant role in resolving the issues of agriculture,countryside and farmers.This paper explores the role that these colleges and universities are to play in building socialist new countryside through channels such as training talents,technology innovation,transfer of technological advances and innovation services.
