| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会有着深厚的文化意蕴。在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中推进文化建设，需要通过构建社会主义核心价值体系，有效引领全社会思想意识的正确发展；通过建设和谐文化，着力培育全民族综合文明素质；通过弘扬中华文化，建设中华民族共有精神家园；通过大力发展文化事业和文化产业，推动经济社会深入发展，从而为构建社会主义和谐社会、实现中华民族的伟大复兴提供思想保障、精神动力和智力支持。
