摘    要:教育学者普遍认为 ,提升培养学生的创新能力的成效 ,必须首先具备两个要素 ,即要有尊重创新意识生存的文化传统和保障创新理念发展的体制。受历史惯性的影响 ,这两点要素我们现时的国情显然还不具备。然观念和制度建设需要较长的时间 ,一时半会收不到多少成效。本着改革可先从能改易改的地方入手这一认识 ,主要从实用理性的角度出发 ,于教育改革的技术层面着重分析妨碍学生形成创新能力的三个学校内部因素 ;在此基础上 ,就学生创新能力的培养 ,提出了若干具有针对性、操作性特点的改进思路

Abstract:It is well-held in educational sector that two pre-requisites are essential for enhancing the effects of the cultivation of the college students' originality, namely a well-developed cultural tradition for facilitating the cultivation of originality awareness and an adequate system to ensure the development of the originality initiatives. These pre-requisites, however, have not yet been well established in our country as a result of the historical drawbacks, thus it req1urires a long period of evelution to bear fruitful results. Based on the conception that reform should preferably start from where it is easy and feasible to proceed, and from the pragmatic notional point of view, this essay focuses with special respect to the technical operation for educational reform on the analysis of the three basic interior factors affecting the cultivation of the college students' originality, and introduces whereon some corresponding and operative innovative proposals for raising the effect of creativity cultivation.
