| 摘 要： | 目的探讨和总结老年晚期乳腺癌的内分泌治疗的临床体会。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2009年6月我院收治的35例老年晚期乳腺癌患者的内分泌治疗的临床病案资料。结果35例患者的总有效率为23.1%,临床获益率73.1%。所有患者均未出现严重毒副反应及并发症加重,没有因无法耐受而停止用药者。1、3和5年存活率分别为88%,52%和44%。结论内分泌治疗对于老年晚期乳腺癌患者安全有效,毒副反应少,生活质量较高,显示了其独特的优势。

| Abstract: | Incretin glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) is a hormone released from cells in the gastroinestinal (GI) tract,leading to glucose-dependent insulin release from the pancreas.It also suppresses postprandial hyperglycemia,glucagon secretion and slows gastric emptying.The US Food and Drug Administration has reported more than 80 cases of pancreatitis associated with GLP-1 mimetic medications:sitagliptin and exenatide in 2009.This article discusses some questions between GLP-1 and pancreatitis. |
