| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查和数据统计等方法对河南省城镇居民的生活质量和体育生活现状进行了分析和研究.结果显示:在客观条件方面和主观感受方面,河南省城镇居民生活质量均低于全国平均水平;生活质量对实现体育生活化具有促进或抑制作用,体育生活化是改善提高生活质量的主要途径和手段;生活质量高满意群体与体育人口呈正相关;居民平均占有体育资源呈负增长趋势.
