对延边民间投资状况的几点思考

近几年来,延边民间经营性投资正保持较好的发展势头,但存在的问题也比较突出。从延边民间拥有资金数额分析,启动民间投资的潜力很大。从调查看,延边民间投资难以启动的原因主要是:缺乏完善的投资导向机制;缺乏推动民间投资的有效平台和载体,缺乏良好的投资环境。因此,只有积极构筑促进民间投资的有效平台,开放投资领域,提供投资载体,简化行政审批,提高行政效率,建设良好的社会投资环境,保护投资者利益,才能保证民间经营性投资保持良好的发展势头。

Reflections on the Non-governmental Investment in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture

The non-governmental investment in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, though maintaining a healthy development, has witnessed some drawbacks. Simply from the total capital capacity of the non-governmental investment, it is found that a great potentiality has remained intact. In the survey conducted, the fundamental causes pulling back the non-governmental investment are as followed:insufficiency of the channeling mechanism for investment, lack of healthy investment environment, and bureaucracy of governmental bodies. The paper argues that the growth of non-governmental investment can be sustainable if only the government takes initiatives in constructing the healthy environment of investment,lowering the investment threshold, providing promising projects, simplifying administration efficiency, and protecting the interests of investors.
