WTO框架下我国贸易与环境的协调发展

世界贸易组织有关贸易与环境问题的规定对促进国际贸易的可持续发展发挥了重要作用，但也为发达国家设置与环境有关的绿色壁垒提供了条件。随着经济自由化程度的加快，绿色壁垒将以更多样化的形式成为未来国际贸易的严重障碍。应针对我国的贸易现状和激烈的国际竞争态势，采取积极的经贸政策，提升我国的环境竞争能力，加强国际环境合作，推动我国贸易与环境的协调发展。

Coordinative Development of the Trade and the Environment in China under the Frame of WTO

The law and regulation on the trade and environment in WTO give full play to promote the substainable development of international trade, which set up the green barrier for developed countries. The green trade barrier will be serious barrier for future international trade with accelerating of economic freedom. We must initiate the effective policies, raise the competitive abilities of the environment in China, enhance the cooperation of international environment, and co ordinate the development of the trade and environment so as to meet acute international competition .
