论和谐社会视域中的青少年廉洁文化教育

当前我国腐败现象滋生蔓延的文化诱因在于廉洁文化的缺失。新时期我们所倡导的廉洁文化，主要包括精神层面、制度层面、物质层面等三个层面，廉洁的社会文化、政治文化、职业文化、组织文化等具体四个方面的内涵。不能把廉洁文化简单的等同于廉政文化，要认识到廉洁文化教育主体是青少年而不是政府领导干部，要加强对青少年廉洁文化教育必要性的研究。青少年廉洁文化教育的应以政府为主导、以学校为载体、以学生为主体，逐步将青少年廉洁文化教育引向深入，构建青少年廉洁文化教育的长效机制。
