| 摘 要： | 中小企业所有者漠视其他利益相关者利益要求对中小企业的成长产生了不良影响。因此,中小企业在有限条件下,应该有重点地确定几个主要的核心利益相关者。中小企业的投资人（股东）需要转变心理状态,在利益分配上避免与其他核心利益相关者站在对立面。

| Abstract: | Generally speaking,the SME owners＇ ignoring of other stakeholders＇ interest has a bad effect on the development of enterprise. Therefore,the core stakeholders＇ interest should be safeguarded since SME resources and capacities are limited. The investors （shareholders） of SMEs should change their mind on interest distributions to avoid conflicts with other core stakeholders. |
