| 摘 要： | 通过随机问卷调查和对河北省大学生信息素质的现状分析与理性思考,提出了网络环境下的大学信息素质教育由基础到高级四个层面内容及大学生信息素质教育的构建方法和大学生信息素质教育的培养模式。
