西部民族地区青年人才资源流失状况及对策分析

摘    要:西部民族地区青年人才流失依旧呈现愈演愈烈之势,是制约地区经济社会发展的一个重要因素。这种“不合作博弈”的原因,微观层面上是流动个体的心态、价值取向及对未来预期的变化,宏观层面则是市场经济体制下社会、经济状况的一种互动。在分析西部民族地区青年人才资源流失的深层次原因基础上,对如何解决这一问题提出了规避性对策。

Abstract:The running-away of young talents in the area inhabited ethnic minorities in the West has become more serious, which becomes an obstacle for the further development of economy in this area. This" non-eorporative game of chess" was due to the change of individuals' mind, their value orientation and their expectation for their future at the micro level, and an interaction between society and economic conditions under the market economic system at the macro level. In this paper, the author based on an analysis of in-depth reason.for the running-away of young talents in the area inhabited ethnic minorities in the West, tried to put up with evasion policy for this problem.
