原发性高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与踝臂指数的相关性研究

目的探讨原发性高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）与踝臂指数（ABI）的关系。方法156例原发性高血压患者作为高血压组，137例健康体检者作为对照组，所有患者行双侧颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）及踝臂指数（ABI）的测定。结果①高血压NIMT大于对照组（P〈0．05），ABI小于对照组（P〈0．01）。（参高血压组IMT与ABI呈负相关（R〈0．01），对照组二者无显著相关性（P〉0．05）。结论ABI可作为高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化的指标，适合作为高血压人群常规筛查的手段。

The relationship between carotid intima-media thickness and ankle-brachial index in the primary hypertension patients

Objective To study the relationship between Carotid intima-media thickness and Ankle-Brachial Index（ABI） in the primary hyper-tension patients. Methods One hundred fifty-six primary hyper-tension patients were choosed as hypertension group. Meanwhile 137 healthy persons were selected as control. Ankle-Brachial index （ABI） were performed, the bilateral carotid intimae-media thickness （IMT） were measured by means of B mode ultra sounding. Results ①IMT in hypertension group was increased significantly compared with the control （P〈0.05）,while ABI was decreased significantly compared with the control（P〈0.01）. ②IMT was significantly correlated to ABI in hypertension group （P〈0.01）. There was no significant correlation between IMT and ABI in the control （P〉0.05）. Conclusion ABI can be used as indicators to reflect the extent of carotid atherosclerosis in the primary hypertension patients. It is suitable to be promoted as routine means in hypertension patients.
