| 摘 要： | 英、汉语分属不同的语系,句子结构有着比较大的差别.连动句式是汉语中一种特殊的句式,能够比较充分地反映汉语句子结构的特点.文章通过连动句的汉英翻译,对比研究了这两种语言在句子结构方面的一些差异:汉语句子的组织遵循时间顺序原则和主次顺序原则,而英语的语序相对自由.

| Abstract: | Since English and Chinese belong to two very different languistic families, they differ greatly in syntactic structures. Liandong Structure (V.+V. Structure) is a special sentence structure in Chinese, which can show Chinese syntactic features fully. On the basis of Chinese-English translation of this structure, some syntactic differences between these two languages are clarified in the paper. In the organization of a Chinese sentence the Principle of Temporal Sequence and the Principle of Primacy Sequence are observed, while the organization of English sentences is comparatively free, in which these principles may be ignored. |
