New Requirements for Minority Leaders in the Construction of Harmonious Socialist Society

With regard to the new requirements for the construction of harmonious society and the standards that minority leaders should reach to be a group of people who are cultivated,competented,small in group but highly trained and well-organized,this essay tries to analyze the new situations and problems existing in the development of minority areas,proposing some new and practical ideas for improving the capability of minority leaders in power,insisting that the training of minority leaders to be in power should focus on their all-round development,selecting and employing of them should concentrate both on constant implementation of basic principles and being well-organized,the checking on leaders should attach importance to their attitude and ability.
