摘    要:职称评审科学化是高等学校科学管理的重要内容,是反映高等学校管理科学、民主、公平、公正的重要方面。山东省在高校教师职称评审体系建设和改进中不断创新,改变传统二维思维模式下的评审机制,创新性提出基于三维思维模式的评审体系。实践证明,构建的基于三维思维模式的评审体系能够更好地促进评审机制的科学化、公平化,为高校职称评审服务。

Abstract:Scientific professional title evaluation system is an important part of scientific management in colleges and universities,and it at the same time reflects the higher education administration to be more scientific,democratic,fair and impartial.Shandong Province continuously innovate and improve methods of professional title evaluation of university teachers,changed the traditional two-dimensional thinking mode into innovative three-dimensional thinking mode.Practice has proved that building a new professional title evaluation system based on three-dimensional thinking mode can make the evaluation mechanism to be more scientific,equity-oriented and is a good support for the professional title evaluation management in colleges and universities.
