| 摘 要： | 冷战结束后,维护唯一超级大国地位、建立一个以美国领导的、符合美国理想和价值观的单极世界成为美国全球战略的目标。由于欧亚大陆在实现美国全球战略目标中占有非常重要的地位,美国制定了试图继续掌控欧亚大陆的“两洋战略”。北约东扩是美国实现继续控制欧洲的重要步骤。

| Abstract: | After the cold war, American global strategy is to maintain the only - one - superpower status and set up a new international order according to American ideal and value. Because Kurasia acts a very important part, in the reali/ation of the strategy, America made "the two oceans policy" to keep on controlling Kurasia. NATO enlargement is a very important process for America to control Kurope. |
