| 摘 要： | 互联网的飞速发展,使电子商务服务业依托于先进的信息技术、通信技术以及网络技术,迎来了崭新的发展阶段。在此,通过对信息技术发展趋势下的电子商务服务业特点的分析,阐述了信息技术创新对电子商务发展的推动作用,并对电子商务服务业面临的各种挑战及应对措施提出了一些具体建议。
