| 摘 要： | 为探讨在高校思想政治工作中如何实施创新教育问题。实施创新教育是培养创新人才的时代要求，和实施创新教育是改善高校思想政治工作的重要途径两方面进行探讨．提出了利用好网络资源，抓好心理咨询工作．引导学生开展自我教育与自我管理等实施方法建议。

| Abstract: | Innovation education is a concrete act to deepen reform and push forward all-round development in education.It is both an innovation of educational philosophy and a practice of developing innovative spirit and ability.It is the direction for colleges and universities to cultivate talents as well as the focal point for China's college educational reform.But the question is how to put innovation education into practical effect and keep the vigor and vitality of ideological and political work.This paper discusses the innovation education of ideological and political work in terms of its necessity and implementing methods. |
