环境—战略—绩效范式一直是管理和组织理论研究的焦点问题,但目前大量的研究都集中在高度发达的市场经济背景下,对于转型经济中环境与战略关系的研究才刚刚开始,而这方面的研究对检验和丰富现有理论都有着重要的意义。本文以谭劲松博士三篇代表中国企业战略管理研究最高水平的SMJ文章为线索,探讨了中国国有企业在转型经济过程中战略管理实践的演变历程,并试图追踪战略管理研究的一些前沿问题。

Based on three academic papers by Dr. Justin Tan on Strate gic Management Journal, this paper traces the strategic evolutionary process o Chinese SOEs and explores some hot topics on strategic management.
