| 摘 要： | 政府律师制度的引入是我国律师制度的一大创新,具有现实的合理性。但是其内在的矛盾和抵牾也是明显的。主要表现在法律规定的阙如、角色地位不明等方面。这些矛盾只有通过修改或制定相关法律法规、探索政府律师适当的组织形式和管理体制、调整政府律师的职能等才能化解或克服,政府律师也才能真正实现其设立的宗旨。

| Abstract: | The introduction of the system of governmental lawyers,which is reasonable and realistic,is a significant innovation to China lawyer system notwithstanding its obvious inherent contradictions and conflicts mainly represented by the lack of regulation,vagueness of roles,etc.It is deemed that this contradiction can be solved and overcome only through revision or legislation of relevant laws and legal stipulations,discovery of due organization forms and administrative systems of government lawyers and adjustment of their functions,whereby the system of government lawyers can realize the aims of its establishment as well indeed. |
