社会舆论对教育改革和发展的支持现状

随着传媒技术的不断发展，公民社会的渐趋形成，公民参与教育改革的热情持续增加，社会舆论对教育发展的影响正在加大。社会舆论是一个复合的概念，媒体是社会舆论传播的重要渠道。因为传播特征和传播方式的不同，不同媒体对教育改革和发展的支持现状也有很大的差异。主流媒体坚持传统的宣传与鼓动模式，不遗余力地推动教育的改革和发展；都市媒体在市场和社会的压力下，寻找舆论宣传与新闻营销的平衡；社交媒体能够让公众直接监督教育管理和教学活动，社交媒体成为舆论监督和规范改革的重要力量。社会舆论可以成为教育改革和发展的“正能量”，为教育改革提供智力支持，指引教育发展的方向；同时，社会舆论也具有情绪化、非理性的特征，如果教育部门不能够对其进行有效的引导，社会舆论也会产生强大的负面效应。教育管理部门、教育教学单位应该在把握不同媒体传播规律的前提下，不断引导社会舆论向支持教育改革和发展的方向发展。

On the Support Status of Social Public Opinion to the Reform and Development of Education

With the continuous development of media technology and gradual formation of the civil society , cit-izens＇participation enthusiasm in educational reform continues to increase .With different characteristics and forms of communication , different media , such as the mainstream media , the urban media and the social media , have dif-ferent support models to the reform and development of education .The social public opinion can become the “posi-tive energy” of education reform and development;it can provide intellectual support and guide the direction of ed-ucation development .At the same time , with the emotional and irrational characteristics , the social public opinion can have strong negative effect if the education sector can＇t effectively guide it .The education sector should grasp the communication rules of different media and guide public opinion to support the education reform and develop -ment.
