| 摘 要： | 中国所经历的深刻的社会转型给党执政资源带来了一定影响,造成执政资源的流失,表现在政治信念、权力运行、思想文化、制度规范、组织凝聚力等方面,为维系党执政资源的动态平衡和党执政的持续性,必须抓住机遇加强党执政资源的开发和重塑。

| Abstract: | The profound social transformation China is undergoing has imposed some influence on the ruling resource of the Party,which causes the loss of it.This represents are as follows:political belief,ideology and culture, political power,system and regulation and organizational cohesion,etc.In order to maintain the fluctuating balance of the ruling resource and the persistency of the Party's ruling,we must seize the opportunity to strengthen the exploiting and remolding of the Party's ruling resource. |
