| 摘 要： | 分析高校学生党员教育管理现状及其形成的原因，建议在预备党员转正前考核中引进量化考核办法，进行党员的“综合测评”，并通过建立党员发挥先锋模范作用的平台以及实现党员信息管理网络化等措施，使党员教育管理不断完善起来。
