福利院老人照顾中的关怀理论研究

21世纪的到来使中国人口老龄化的进程越来越快,银色浪潮正席卷着中华大地。在人口老龄化进程加快、我国经济增长方式结构性转变以及独生子女政策贯彻实施的同时,我国社会出现了一个值得关注的问题——老年人的照顾问题。本文以三大养老模式之一的福利院养老为基础,将关怀伦理的思想和人本治疗模式结合起来,并运用到老年人照顾的具体方法中,从而达到以理论研究为基础,理论与实践相结合的良好效果。
