| 摘 要： | 近年来高等学校毕业生就业率低、就业难问题日益突出,高等学校的就业工作与教学工作同等重要。高等学校辅导员在就业指导工作中拥有的诸多不可替代的优势,充分发挥辅导员在大学生就业工作中的作用,对做好大学生就业工作、构建和谐校园具有重要的意义。高等学校要充分发挥辅导员在就业工作中教导、引导、指导、传导、疏导的作用,教导学生尽早树立就业择业意识,引导学生建立正确的就业择业观念,传导有效就业信息及岗位需求,指导大学生充分准备求职及面试,疏导大学生就业过程中的心理困惑,从而提升高等学校的就业质量,实现就业育人。

| Abstract: | College graduate employment plays a quite important role in higher education.The political and ideological assistants are possessed of unique advantages.In order to improve the graduate employment work and realize educating people by employment,the college political and ideological assistants should fully play the roles of instruction,direction,conduction and persuasion in the graduate employment work. |
