| Abstract: | Based on human resource and human capital the paper points out the relationship between human capital investment and the function of human resource management,and analyzes the effects of sustainable investement in human capital on the improvement of enterprise strategy.It establishes the theoretical model of human resource management on the basis of human capital theory and discusses effects on the development of enterprise systems and society. |
