| Abstract: | Criminal law is an important department of law in our country.It plays an important role in ensuring the development of market economy of socialism and maintaining the stability of society.China is a country of statute.Criminal code enforced in 1997 has played an important role in punishing crime.However, there is an urgent problem at present, that is,how to make the public accept the content of the criminal code and actions of carrying out of law of judical organization. |
