| 摘 要： | 我国许多企业在进行非相关多元化经营时,其效果都不太理想,原因之一便是对其可能存在的风险缺乏必要的认识。从理论上分析了企业在进行非相关多元化时存在的主要的风险类型及影响各类风险的因素,以期为企业决策提供依据。
