| Abstract: | Based on the research and combing of the present running situation of the college student association,this paper investigates four aspects of realistic predicament:legitimacy dilemma,excess administrative intervention,insufficient resources,and loss of norms of internal corporate governance which restrict the development of youth NGO,and finally proposes some countermeasures for the shortage of institutional supply. |
