论中国政治体制改革的特有逻辑

“一党执政”等于“一党专制”似乎是一条不可挑战的公理，诚然偏见、先见、权威导致了误读，从而混淆了“一党执政”与“一党专政”的含义，然而造成当前巨大困境却在于官方和学术界没有从根本上解决一党执政在中国的逻辑必然性。中国政治体制改革从纵向看自上而下，横向看由政治国家到市民社会，与西方典型的民主逻辑颠倒；中国政治体制改革的核心不是市民社会而是政治国家，改革的重点不是国家如何实现法治化、现代化、民主化，而是党如何实现法治化、民主化、现代化；在党与国家的关系上，不是国家领导党，也不是党政分开、以党代政、党政合一，而是党要领导国家，党高于国家。

Analysis of China's unique logic for political system reform
